Scope of the Conference

2026 Sixth International Conference on Advances in Electrical, Computing, Communications and Sustainable Technologies (ICAECT 2026) scheduled to be held at Shri Shankaracharya Technical Campus (SSTC), Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India during 08 – 09, January 2026. The ICAECT 2026 aims to offer a great opportunity to bring together professors, researchers and scholars around the globe a great platform to deliver the latest innovative research results and the most recent developments and trends in Electrical, Electronics and Computer Engineering and Technology fields. The conference will feature invited talks from eminent personalities all around the world, pre-conference tutorial/workshops and referred paper presentations. The vision of ICAECT 2026 is to promote foster communication among researchers and practitioners working in a wide variety of the above areas in Engineering and Technology. The conference will be held in HYBRID MODE. Participants shall choose their mode of presentation as per their convenience (either in Online or Physical). How to submit your paper?

Authors are requested to submit their full length research papers (pdf) to Microsoft Conference Management Tool (CMT). The manuscript should strictly in the IEEE double column format and properly follow the IEEE manuscript template and referencing style. The IEEE manuscript template and referencing style shall be available at “Downloads” section.

ICAECT 2026 invites full length original research contributions from science, engineering professionals from industries, R&D organisations, academic institutions, government departments and research scholars from across the world. Full length original research contributions and review articles not exceeding eight pages in the double column IEEE format shall be submitted. The manuscript template shall be found in the downloads section. The manuscript should contribute original research ideas, developmental ideas, analysis, findings, results, etc. The manuscript should not have been published in any journals/magazines or conference proceedings and not under review in any of them. Further the manuscript should contain the name of the corresponding author with e-mail id and affiliation of all authors. Authors are requested to submit their full length research papers (pdf) at the Microsoft’s Conference Management Tool (CMT).

PEER REVIEW PROCESS

Each submitted manuscript will receive a unique paper id. The manuscripts will be initially screened to check for the conference scope and originality. All the submitted manuscripts will be sent for technical peer review process and the corresponding author will be notified the outcome of the review process. ICAECT adopts single blind review process. If reviewers recommended for further improvements in the manuscript, the manuscript will be sent back to the corresponding author and the revised version of the manuscript shall be submitted within fifteen days on the date of notification. The final decision on the manuscript will be announced after the third round of evaluation by the technical program committee. Click here for the author guidelines to prepare the manuscript.

Shri Shankaracharya Technical Campus, an insignia among the technical institutions in the region is the first Technical Campus in India to be named after Adi-Shri Shankaracharya and blessed by all present Jagadgurus. One of the College was commissioned in the year 1999 as Shri Shakaracharya College of Engineering and Technology (later converted along with other technical institutions and approved by AICTE into Technical Campus in the name and style of Shri Shankaracharya Technical Campus) with the goal of providing education in Engineering and Management, a close interaction with the industry, and a strong emphasis on research.
